could bring your TUMI product(s) to any of our TUMI Stores and provide the proof of
purchase (purchase date & the point of purchase). Our staff in TUMI store will
then fill in the repair request and send it to our TUMI repair centre, once the
product is inspected in the repair centre we shall contact you .
