1. Any shoppers who shops for TUMI branded products worth Rs.200,000/- and above in a single invoice across any TUMI boutiques (owned & operated by Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited) in India (“Store”) or through www.tumi.in (“Website”), through the months of October to December 2022, will win 1 (one) night stay at The Postcard Dewa, Thimphu (“Hotel”) in Bhutan (“Prize”).
2. In the event the winner has made purchase in the Store, then the store manager will hand over the gift voucher with the unique code to claim the Prize. And if the purchase is made through the Website then the gift voucher with the unique code to claim the Prize will be shared by the customer care team.
3. The unique code must be applied at the time of making a booking to avail of the Prize on www.postcardresorts.com or calling at +91 79995 55222 or writing to us at [email protected].
4. The redemption of the Prize is subject to the availability of rooms in the Hotel and cannot be combined with any other offer.
5. Winners will travel to the Hotel independently at their own cost and expenses. Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited shall not be responsible for any travel arrangement and/ or costs.
6. Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited shall not be responsible for travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from Hotel, food and drink, spending money, tax or any personal expenses. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
7. All other charges, such as additional meals, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, internet, faxes, and personal purchases will be Winner’s responsibility and will need to be settled with the Hotel prior to departure.
8. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
9. This Prize cannot be encashed. No cash refund, in part or full, against this gift voucher will be provided.
10. Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the Prize.
11. Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited shall not entertain any demand for replacements/compensation for the lost gift voucher.
12. Mutilated, defaced, duplicate or photocopy of the Prize will not be accepted by the Hotel or Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited.
13. The validity of the Prize is for 3 (three) months from the date of issue. After such period this Prize shall expire without any further liability of claim against Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited.
14. The Prize shall not be extended, transferred or exchanged for cash
15. Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited reserves the rights to alter any / all the terms and conditions for the Prize, any time and without prior notice.
16. Decision of Reliance Brands Luxury Fashion Private Limited in respect of any matters related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
17. The holder of this Prize will be bound by the terms and condition of the Hotel, during the stay at the Hotel.
